What you’ll study

Computer programming techniques: flowchart, pseudocode and algorithm. Structured programming language: data types, operators, expressions; control structures; functions and program structure — parameter passing conventions, scope rules and storage classes, recursion; header files; preprocessor; pointers and arrays; strings; multidimensional arrays; dynamic memory allocation; linked lists — single, double and circular; user-defined data types — structures, unions, enumerations; bitwise operations; input and output — standard and formatted I/O; error handling; file access; variable-length argument lists; command-line parameters; graphics; linking; library functions. Reference language: C.
